Each Valvet cake is homemade and takes time to craft, so I take orders at least 5 days in advance.

I currently deliver (extra $12) only within the Northern Beaches, covering the triangle between Palm Beach, Belrose, and Manly.

If you're picking up your cake, please bring an insulated bag or a cooler with ice packs to keep it well-chilled. Be sure to place it back in the fridge as soon as you can.

Once removed from the freezer, the cake can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Entremets are frozen cakes (to create their signature layers) and should be thawed in the fridge for at least 8 hours before serving.

To start making your cake, full payment is required. I'll email you an invoice, and you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you need to change your pickup date, please request this at least 5 days in advance of your original collection date.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must also be made at least 5 days before the scheduled collection date.
Cancellations requested less than 5 days before collection are non-refundable.
All change and cancellation requests must be sent in writing to contact@valerieprudon.com
If you do not collect your order on your chosen collection date, or if you are not home to receive it, you will not be eligible for a refund, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be held for another day.
