About me
“I’m French, born and raised in Paris, but I’ve been living in Australia for 14 years, now calling the Northern Beaches home. As a mum to a lively 3-year-old, I know how special it is to share sweet moments with loved ones.
I created Valvet to offer cakes that are just as beautiful as they are delicious, something different from the classic sponge cakes. That’s where my love for entremets comes in! These elegant mousse cakes, with their silky layers and vibrant colours, bring a touch of Parisian flair to the Aussie baking scene. For me, it’s all about creating an experience and making life a little sweeter, one bite at a time!”
